A staple of my diet

I'm nearly 50 and 6' 4" 170 and can make the veins bulge out of my neck and can jump around like a kid. This stuff is seriously a staple. I typically mix it with TVP, nutritional yeast, and some sort of cooked down tomato for an high protein vegan main and I have this at least once a day. Can't say enough good things about the results and it's cheap, quick to cook and shelf stable.

I like to mix it up with the unseasoned beans and the chipotle beans, but I would say that these are the 'standard ones in that they're seasoned a bit, but you'd typically add some garlic salt or something.

best, really, get it while you can

these flaked beans are so incredibly versatile and honestly they taste really good. I mean it I shouldn’t need to convince you because most such beans do taste good but these are great.. buy some before BIG guys takes over the market for simple dehydrated beans. Do buy, you won’t be sorry
