This is fantastic stuff and a major staple of my diet, which is high in protein and dietary fiber. I generally just boil water, mix in a bit of tomato sauce, oil, and bullion and then mix about 3 parts this stuff, 2 part Chorizo Pinto beans (GV), 1-2 parts TVP and 1 part fortified nutritional yeast. That's my main protein source also being loaded in QUALITY carbs (slow digesting resistant starch). Goes great with a dollop of Greek yogurt playing that cream cheese roll.
The black beans and lentils are good too, but all the Pinto mixes beat them IMO.
